Q5: Should I pay extra for logo printing?
A5: Yes, there will be extra charge depending on your logo style and printing way.
Q6: Can i customize my products in special shape?
A6: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM Service.
Q7: How long is the production time for sample and bulk?
A7: Usuallay the lead time for sample is 5-7 days and for bulk is 30-40 days.
Q8: What about the payment method?
A8: For big orders, we accept T/T (30% deposit upon approval sample, the balance paid before shipment). For small orders, you can pay us online through alibaba trade assurance or by PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, Escrow etc.
Q9: What about the shipping method?
A9: For small orders, you can choose DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS, and for big orders, you can ship the goods by air or by sea to save the cost.
